Alucard Spear is a weapon in Vampire Survivors. It is the starting weapon of Eric Lecarde. It is unlocked by inflicting a total of 30,000 damage with it.
It can be evolved into Thunderbolt Spear with Wings.
Effects[]
The Alucard Spear is a melee-type weapon that sends out a spear (affected by Area/Amount) to damage enemies. The unique effect of this weapon comes from changing horizontal direction of the player character while it is in effect, making it spin around and stab in the opposite direction, which also slightly extend projectile's Duration.

Tips[]
- The spinning technique can actually be done an infinite amount of times, with no limit if you're very skilled.
- The actual hitbox of the Alucard Spear is dependent on the direction you aim your movement with your keyboard or joystick. As long as you're flipping the spear back and forth while aiming at an enemy, they'll take hefty damage
- A way to assist with finding your aim is using another weapon, like Raging Fire.
Trivia[]
The way this weapon attacks, and how it functions, are exactly the same as what Eric is able to do if you attack in Castlevania: Bloodlines and press the opposite direction. Unlike here, in Bloodlines you are able to start it from a vertical strike, not just horizontal.
