Barlowe is one of the initially hidden yet playable characters in the Ode to Castlevania DLC in Vampire Survivors. He can pick either Dominus Anger or Dominus Hatred as his optional starting weapon. He is also eligible to pick  Ebony Diabologue as optional starting weapon.

Defeating 8,000 enemies with Barlowe unlocks  Dominus Agony.

Unlocking

Barlowe is unlocked by evolving  Optical Shot.

Passive bonuses

Barlowe starts with +200 MaxHealth, +1 Armor, +20% Duration, +20% Area, and +10 Banish.

Overhealing increases his Might and his Curse by 1%

Up until level 11 he has a chance to receive the  Ebony Diabologue  as his 4th level up option.

He can find special Castlevania pickups, like Wall Chicken.
