Celia Fortner is one of the secret playable characters in the Ode to Castlevania DLC in Vampire Survivors. Her starting weapons are Luminatio and Umbra.
Unlocking[]
"Perfectly balance the darkest and brightest of Glyphs."
Equip both Luminatio and Umbra, and evolve them into Universitas.
Once unlocked, Celia Fortner can be purchased for 
1,665, which scales with other characters purchased.
Alternatively, Celia Fortner can be unlocked in the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane by casting the Spell "withlight".
Passive Bonuses[]
While playing as Celia, a Karma Coin item pickup appears above her every second level.
She can find special Castlevania pickups, like Wall Chicken.
