Centralis Custos ('Central Guardian' in Latin) is a weapon from the Ode To Castlevania DLC for Vampire Survivors. It is unlocked by defeating 7,000 enemies with Cornell.
Centralis Custos can be united into Trinum Custodem with Dextro Custos and Sinestro Custos.

Cerberus' vengeful head occurs above the character, damaging enemies it touches. It also provides a +10 Armor, +2.0 Recovery, and -10% Cooldown boost when the character is taking damage.
