Centralis Custos ('Central Guardian' in Latin) is a weapon from the Ode To Castlevania DLC for Vampire Survivors. It is unlocked by defeating 7,000 enemies with Cornell.
Centralis Custos can be united into Trinum Custodem with Dextro Custos and Sinestro Custos.

Cerberus' vengeful head appears above the character and creates an aura similar to the Garlic, damaging enemies it touches. It also provides a +10 Armor, +2.0 Recovery, and -10% Cooldown boost for a brief time after the character takes damage.
