Chaos Altemanna is a relic located in Tiny Bridge. Once collected, it permanently allows O'Sole Meeo to morph into Profusione D'Amore upon reaching level 80.

Chaos Altemanna is located to the west of the starting area in Tiny bridge. Its location is tracked by a green arrow on the player's screen. Once Chaos Altemanna has been collected, it will not appear again.
Alternatively, the Chaos Altemanna can be unlocked in the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane by casting the Spell "chapatribe".
