Dextro Custos ('Left Guardian' in Latin) is a weapon from the Ode To Castlevania DLC for Vampire Survivors. It is one of the starting weapon of Cornell. It is unlocked by upgrading it to Level 6. It can be found in Maze of Dracula's Castle (at the bottom of the Clock Tower) after unlocking Serpent Gate.

Dextro Custos summons the fiery (brown) head of Cerberus that bites horizontally. It ignores Speed and Duration.
