Engineer Gino is one of the playable characters from the Emergency Meeting DLC of Vampire Survivors. Their starting weapon is Lucky Swipe.
Unlocking[]
Engineer is unlocked for purchase by evolving the Sharp Tongue. They need to be purchased for 
500, which scales with other characters purchased.
Alternatively, Engineer can be unlocked in the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane by casting the Spell "isaworangevent".
Passive bonuses[]
Engineer starts with +20% Movement Speed, +20 Reroll, +20 Skip, and +20 Banish. Engineer can choose an extra passive item at levels 2, 12 and 22.
