Fake Fallen Cherubbello is an enemy that appears in Cappella Magna and Holy Forbidden. In Cappella Magna, it first appears as a boss and later also as a normal enemy. In Holy Forbidden, it appears as a special enemy spawned by The Maddener.

Fake Fallen Cherubbello originally looks like a bat, but changes appearance in Maddener's presence. The normal variant takes reduced knockback. The boss variant's health is based on the player's level. The variant in Holy Forbidden has a self-destruct attack, which triggers immediately after spawning. After 2 seconds it explodes dealing 50 damage.
