Fulgur

Fulgur is a weapon from the Ode To Castlevania DLC for Vampire Survivors. It is the starting weapon of Yoko Belnades. It can be dropped by defeating the The Creature boss in the unlockable area near the Parm Aegis in the DLC stage. It is unlocked by evolving it.

It can be evolved into Tenebris Tonitrus with Max level Duplicator.

Effects[]

Fulgur summons a azure magic circle at the facing edge of the screen. Once activated, it teleports between the corner and the edge of the screen, and the character fires a piercing projectile towards it each time it stops at the mentioned position.

Arcanas[]

Gemini (I) - Obtains a counterpart of Fulgur that mirrors it.

Tragic Princess (III) - Fulgur's cooldown reduces while moving.

Levels[]

Level 1 Strikes at fixed locations.
Level 2 Base area up by 10%. Cooldown reduced by 0.5 seconds.
Level 3 Effect lasts 0.3 seconds longer. Base damage up by 3.
Level 4 Fires 3 more projectiles.
Level 5 Base area up by 10%. Cooldown reduced by 0.5 seconds.
Level 6 Effect lasts 0.3 seconds longer. Base damage up by 3.
Level 7 Fires 3 more projectiles.
Level 8 Base area up by 10%. Cooldown reduced by 0.5 seconds.

With Limit Break, Whip can be further leveled up.
