Great Gospel is a relic located in Cappella Magna. Once collected, it permanently unlocks Limit Break in the stage selection menu, which allows weapons to be leveled beyond their usual cap, granting them additional stats per level.
Obtaining
Great Gospel dropped by the Ender in Cappella Magna, who is encountered after surviving more than 30 minutes on that stage for the first time after obtaining the Yellow Sign. Once Great Gospel has been collected, the Ender will no longer appear.
Alternatively, the Great Gospel can be unlocked in the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane by casting the Spell "icanhearthecriesofcaptainplanet".

- The item is named after Great Gospel, Aerith Gainsborough's final limit break from the original version of Final Fantasy VII.
- The Spell to unlock Great Gospel is a reference to the theme "You Can Hear the Cry of the Planet" which plays in the Forgotten City. The code has the "the" replaced with "captain", referencing Captain Planet.
