The Heart Refresh is an item pickup from the Ode to Castlevania DLC in Vampire Survivors. The Heart Refresh increases Recovery by +5.0 for a duration of 10 seconds, which stacks with other picked-up Heart Refreshes.

Heart Refreshes are permanently unlocked upon collecting the Stallion Gate, which is dropped by defeating the Giant Bat in the Ode to Castlevania stage. Once unlocked, they only appear in the Ode to Castlevania stage or while playing as a character from the Ode to Castlevania DLC in any other stage.

Additionally, picking up a total of seven Heart Refreshes or more unlocks Sonia Belmont.
