Il Molise is the first bonus stage in Vampire Survivors. This stage can be unlocked by unlocking hyper mode for any normal stage.
Alternatively, Il Molise can be unlocked in the Forbidden Scrolls of Morbane by casting the Spell "relaxenjoylife".
Description[]
The flowers seem to sing here, calling out to weary heroes. Is such an unspoilt place even real? Does it matter? Is there roast chicken?
Hyper Mode[]
The hyper mode for this map is unlocked by default after unlocking the stage.
Hyper mode in Il Molise has +50% Gold and +20% Luck bonuses, but it also increases enemy health by 60%.

The 4 hidden stage items are present, if the player has obtained the Yellow Sign. Milky Way Map displays the locations of these items. One of each item is guaranteed to appear.
- Silver Ring: north of starting area.
- Metaglio Right: east of starting area.
- Gold Ring: south of starting area.
- Metaglio Left: west of starting area.
Waves[]
The enemies in Il Molise cannot move and can only spawn outside the screen in a tiled layout. The player has to move to make space for more enemies to spawn.
- NOTE: As official sources name only a few of the enemies, unit names are mostly made up based on their internal IDs and are subject to change.

Tips[]
- Il Molise can be unlocked by typing "relaxenjoylife" while in main menu.[1]
- Unlike normal stages, the Reaper appears at the 15 minute mark.
- At the 9, 10, 11 and 13 minute marks, the bosses spawned will always drops at least a one item chest. These chests can exceptionally evolve multiple weapons at once if the received chest is a higher tier, three or five items chest, which have 1% and 2% base chances to drop respectively.
- Chests containing Arcanas at 11 and 21 minute marks only drop an Arcana, however.
- After 15 minutes, enemies are erased and the Reaper arrives. Only some gold pots spawn sparsely at declining rate. After 21 minutes however, the pots start to spawn at high rate until the end of the minute and cover the screen as the character moves. This is a great way to farm Gold as each pot is guaranteed drop one coin.
- Curse has little to no benefit in Il Molise due to the screen already being constantly filled to the enemy maximum and its health increase only making enemies harder to kill.
- Having a high amount of Magnet (approximately 400+) will cause the enemies to cease spawning correctly, only appearing off-screen at the far corners in the direction of movement. While this is not possible on most characters, it can be attained with a combination of the Attractorb and a high enough starting Magnet stat on missingN▯.
Trivia[]
- Il Molise refers to a region in Southern Italy of the same name; its use in the game to reference a barren place can be attributed to the Italian meme "il Molise non esiste" (Molise doesn't exist), of difficult attribution. The region, of course, actually exists.
- Before version v1.0, the stage's description was as follows: "There exists places that don't exist. Come to relax and enjoy life. See you in the country."
- The stage's theme is an instrumental remix of the song "Funiculì, Funiculà".
