Isaac starts with +20% Speed, +20% Area, +25% Magnet, +20 Reroll, +20 Skip, and +20 Banish.
Isaac gains a random Familiar as a follower every 10 levels. The effect caps at 6 followers. This effect is the exact same as Hector's effect, except that Hector, allegedly, caps out at 4. Hector also gains access to the Coat of Arms, whereas Isaac does not.
He can find special Castlevania pickups, like Wall Chicken.
