The Karma Coin is an item pickup from the Ode to Castlevania DLC in Vampire Survivors. Upon being picked up, a Karma Coin causes the character to create a speech bubble that displays "heads" or "tails". If the character says "tails", then nothing happens, but if they say "heads", following a short delay, all enemies on the screen are killed instantly and turned into Little Hearts, an effect similar to that of the Soul Steal. The Karma Coin's success rate is 50%, which can be increased by the Luck stat.

Karma Coins are permanently unlocked upon collecting the Scorpion Gate, which is dropped by defeating the Puppet Master in the Ode to Castlevania stage. Once unlocked, they only appear in the Ode to Castlevania stage or while playing as a character from the Ode to Castlevania DLC in any other stage.

Additionally, picking up a total of seven Karma Coins or more unlocks Hector.
