Metaglio Left is a passive item in Vampire Survivors. It is unlocked after obtaining the Yellow Sign. It cannot be found via level ups, and must be found as a stage item.
Metaglio Left increases Recovery by 0.1 and multiplies Max Health by 1.05 per level.
Metaglio Left, alongside Metaglio Right, is required for the evolution of the Laurel, the Crimson Shroud.
Metaglio Left cannot be obtained from level ups, but can be found as a stage item in every stage, except Bat Country, Tiny Bridge, and Eudaimonia Machine. Generally, it will spawn west of the starting area. It will always be guarded by a City Atlantean.

- Metaglio Left, Metaglio Right, Silver Ring, Gold Ring, and Torrona's Box are the only passive items with max level 9 instead of the usual 5.
- When both Metaglio Left and Metaglio Right are obtained, they move to the first two slots of the passive weapons and form a cross-shape on a wand.
- Metaglio is a portmanteau of the Italian words "metà" meaning "half" and "taglio" meaning "cut", literally "cut in half". This word first appeared in a sketch by the comedian Maccio Capatonda.
