Millionaire is a weapon from the Tides of the Foscari DLC of Vampire Survivors. It is the evolution of Flash Arrow, requiring Bracer at max level.
Effects[]
Millionaire shoots an arrow in the direction the player is moving or last moved. It can pierce through many enemies. When collecting Coins and Coin Bags or defeating enemies with the arrow, yellow bullets rains down on the screen from the top corner away from where the player is looking.
It has a bigger Area and Pool Limit, and infinite pierce.
Amount multiplies Its damage instead of providing more arrows; it also multiplies how many bullets rain down when collecting Coins (scales with the value of the pickup) or defeating enemies with the arrow, the base amount being 1 and 4 respectively. The bullets are queued up and released every 0.1 seconds.
By default, it is capable of dealing critical hits, which deal 2x damage and have a 20% chance to occur. This chance is affected by Luck.
Arcanas[]
Selecting Slash (XVI) Arcana doubles the damage of Millionaire's critical hits, causing them to deal 4x damage.
Iron Blue Will (VII) allows the arrows to bounce off of the edges of the screen three times. Upon bouncing, the arrow completely reverses its horizontal and vertical speed instead of just one of them according to the edge.

Tips[]
- The amount of bullets rained down when collecting Gold Coins or Coin Bags is not affected by Greed.
- Luminaire increases the base value of Coin pickups to increase the number of bullets fired. It also synergizes well with an already Coin-focused run.
- Disco of Gold (XV) can trigger a Gold Fever that will let the player queue enough arrows to fire without stopping for a few minutes.
- Vicious Hunger allows to consistently acquire coins from enemies in order to rain down arrows essentially nonstop.
