Mini Crewmate is a passive item from the Emergency Meeting DLC of Vampire Survivors.
Mini Crewmate is added to the level up item pool after Report! reaches level 2. It is consumed upon Report! evolving into Emergency Meeting (weapon).
Mini Crewmate can be found as a stage item on Polus Replica.

Mini Crewmate mirrors the effects of Garlic, acting as a lesser version of the weapon. It also spawns a miniature, non-functional Crewmate Dino that flies around the player's character. Each Mini Crewmate level corresponds to the same level for Garlic.
Once it is consumed after evolving Report!, the Garlic effect disappears, although the flying Mini Crewmate would still remain.
