Mini Engineer is a passive item from the Emergency Meeting DLC of Vampire Survivors.
Mini Engineer is added to the level up item pool after Lucky Swipe reaches level 2. It is consumed upon Lucky Swipe evolving into Crossed Wires.
Mini Engineer can be found as a stage item on Polus Replica.

Mini Engineer mirrors the effects of Lightning Ring, acting as a lesser version of the weapon. It also spawns a miniature, non-functional Engineer Gino that flies around the player's character. Each Mini Engineer level corresponds to the same level for Lightning Ring.
Once it is consumed after evolving Lucky Swipe, the Lightning Ring effect disappears, although the flying Mini Engineer would still remain.
