Mini Ghost is a passive item from the Emergency Meeting DLC of Vampire Survivors.
Mini Ghost is added to the level up item pool after Lifesign Scan reaches level 2. It is consumed upon Lifesign Scan evolving into Paranormal Scan.
Mini Ghost can be found as a stage item on Polus Replica.

Mini Ghost mirrors the effects of Clock Lancet, acting as a lesser version of the weapon. It also spawns a miniature, non-functional Ghost Lino that flies around the player's character. Each Mini Ghost level corresponds to the same level for Clock Lancet.
Once it is consumed after evolving Lifesign Scan, the Clock Lancet effect disappears, although the flying Mini Ghost would still remain.
