An extra treasure boss spawns every minute. The treasure it carries might occasionally contain arcanas and random passive weapons.
Moonlight Bolero (VI) is one of the Darkanas in Vampire Survivors. It is unlocked by obtaining the Darkasso.
With this Arcana, a special boss that is guaranteed to drop a special Treasure Chest will spawn every minute. The chests dropped can be evolution chests, Arcana chests, or passive chests depending on the boss. These chests can always provide new passive items and Arcanas, even if the player already has three/four Arcanas or their passive item slots are full. If a run continues for long enough with this Arcana, the player could eventually obtain every passive item and Arcana.
The three bosses spawn at the following rates:
- ~88% chance for Green Goblin: Drops evolution chests.
- ~5% chance for Blue Goblin: Drops Arcana chests.
- ~7% chance for Unknown Eye: Drops passive chests.
The two goblin-like bosses will constantly move in a straight line across the screen. It cannot despawn and will return to the screen eventually else if it gets too far from the player.
The large Unknown eye boss emitting smoke will move towards the player like normal enemies and bosses. If the player's items are fully leveled, the black chests dropped by these bosses drop have a chance to give a random passive item they have do not have, including a Weapon Power-Up if any weapons from the Operation Guns DLC was picked up, but not the Parm Aegis or Karoma's Mana. The passive item is not guaranteed, however, and there's a chance the chest will instead level up a random weapon or another passive already in a slot.

Tips[]
- This Arcana can be rerolled at game start by exiting and reentering a run, allowing a player to guarantee the highly valuable Arcana chest at time 0:00,
- This Arcana is generally a good pick if the player is using Game Killer (0), as the presence of more treasure chests is very useful.
- Additionally, Game Killer (0)'s effect of making all treasure chests contain at least three items can cause one of the random passive item chests to provide multiple new passive items at once.
Trivia[]
- The name of this Darkana is a reference to the song "Moonlight Nocturne" from Castlevania: Symphony of the Night.
