The Neutron Bomb is an item pickup from the Ode to Castlevania DLC in Vampire Survivors.

The Neutron Bomb creates a large circular blue explosion that starts at the center and moves outward dealing a flat 1,000 damage to all enemies hit, which is unaffected by any stats. It functions identically to a level 1 Troll Bomb.

Neutron Bombs are permanently unlocked upon collecting the King's Gate, which is dropped by defeating Abaddon in the Ode to Castlevania stage. Once unlocked, they only appear in the Ode to Castlevania stage or while playing as a character from the Ode to Castlevania DLC in any other stage.
