Freezing Enemies generates explosions. Orologions are easier to find.
Out of Bounds (XII) is one of the Arcanas in Vampire Survivors. It is unlocked by reaching minute 31 in Gallo Tower.
When this Arcana is active, freezing enemies will also summon explosions, and Orologions are easier to find.
The explosions have a Base Damage of 10. They deal an increasing amount of damage based on time survived in a run with the formula (SecondsSurvived / 30), which translates to +2 damage every minute. The value is not quantized so the damage will increase gradually.
Out of Bounds doubles the spawn weight of Orologion, effectively giving it a weight of 4.
Saint Germain starts with this arcana.
This Arcana applies to the following items:
Clock Lancet and Infinite Corridor (unlisted)- Celestial Voulge has a 5% chance of critical hitting and freezing enemies hit.

When paired with the Arcana Jail of Crystal (XIV), the following weapons also benefit:

Tips[]
- Pairing this arcana up with Jail of Crystal can create more chances to freeze enemies and trigger cold explosions.
- Pairs well with the Darkana Crystal Cries (XII), which causes defeated frozen enemies to drop Crystalized Souls that grant Growth, Recovery, and Max Health when collected.
Trivia[]
- Out of Bounds refers to Concetta's coffin, is not within Gallo Tower itself and requires a teleporting mirror to enter the room with it.
- Out of Bounds' original name is Out of Time. This fits it affecting Clock Lancet and Orologion, along with dealing more damage based on time.
- The original name Out of Time is a reference to the song "Out of Time", which is the theme song to Stage 6 (fittingly, the Clock Tower stage) of Castlevania.
- The explosions as a standalone weapon creates an explosion at the player character. It can also be affected by Amount and Cooldown, which is not the case when it is an Arcana effect as they always explode only once.
- There used to be an oversight where the cold explosions will also benefit from Armor, likely due to copying the code from Heart of Fire's explosions. This has been fixed in patch 0.11.0.
