Party Popper is a weapon from the Tides of the Foscari DLC of Vampire Survivors. It is the starting weapon of Rottin'Ghoul. Other characters have a small chance to obtain it after Rottin'Ghoul is unlocked. It can also be obtained from Merchant in-game by spending 1,000.

Effects

Party Popper shoots confetti upward diagonally based on where the character is facing, which arc downward seemingly affected by gravity.

It can bounce on an enemy once and has 10 pierce.

Party Popper has a 0.5 second Hitbox Delay, meaning that the same enemy cannot be hit more often than every half a second by the same confetti. However, because all active delays are reset simultaneously as soon as any one elapses or bounces off a wall, some enemies may get hit more often.

Arcanas

Selecting Gemini (I) Arcana creates a counterpart - Party Pooper - that is functionally the same as Party Popper. It levels up as Party Popper does, shooting confetti of the opposite color away from where the character is facing, and does not benefit from Limit Breaking.

Party Popper has 8 Levels. At max level, Party Popper has +20 base damage, +40% Projectile Speed, and +2 seconds to Duration.
