Polus Replica is the first and only stage in the Emergency Meeting DLC for Vampire Survivors. It is unlocked upon owning the Emergency Meeting DLC.

Summoned to a mysterious science station amongst the stars, survival is far from certain. Extraterrestrial evil and inter-dimensional duplicity lurk behind every space rock.
Hyper Mode[]
The hyper mode for this stage can be unlocked by defeating Suspicious Eyes (25:00) in normal mode.
Hyper mode in Polus Replica has a +100% Gold and +10% Luck bonus.

- Lifesign Scan: east of the starting area in the northeast of the map in the MedBay room.
- Mini Crewmate: south of the starting area in the center of the map in the Office room.
- Mini Engineer: south of the starting area, west of the center of the map in the Weapons room.
- Mini Ghost: southwest of the starting area in the west part of the map in the O2 room.
- Mini Shapeshifter: east of the starting area, outside of the Laboratory and Medbay rooms.
- Mini Guardian: south of the starting area in the Communications room.
- Mini Impostor: far southeast of the starting area in the ruins.
- Mini Scientist: southeast of the starting area in the Specimen Room.
- Arcana Treasure Chest: far south of the starting area, below the lava river.
The 4 hidden stage items are also present, if the player has obtained the Yellow Sign.
- Silver Ring: far west of the starting area.
- Metaglio Right: far east of the starting area.
- Gold Ring: far south of the starting area.
- Metaglio Left: far southwest of the starting area.
Pickups[]
- 5x Vacuums are found in the west, east, center, far south, and far southeast of the stage.
- Nduja Fritta Tanto: located in the far southwest, along the lava river.
Relics[]
One relic is located in Polus Replica.
- Polus Replica Map: Located south of the Dropship starting area in the center of the map in the Admin room
Coffin[]
The coffin of Crewmate Dino is located in Polus Replica. It is in the south part of the map just below the snow and east of the lava rivers.
