Pummarola is a passive item in Vampire Survivors. It is unlocked by surviving 5 minutes as Gennaro Belpaese.
Pummarola increases Recovery by 0.2 per level.
Pummarola is required for the evolution of Garlic, Soul Eater. It is also required for the evolution of Silver Wind, Festive Winds, in which Pummarola must also be fully leveled.
Pummarola can be found as a stage item in Mad Forest, Moongolow, Boss Rash, and Mt.Moonspell.

Tips[]
- Pummarola benefits the character. It only benefits Soul Eater where health healed increases the base damage of the weapon.
- Anything that makes the player take less damage will make the Pummarola more effective, such as bonuses to Armor.

- "Pummarola" is the word "Tomato" in the Neapolitan dialect.
- Pummarola is a heart, most commonly used in video game as an indicator of health related items. However, unlike most other things in this game, hearts in the Castlevania series is very different. It is more akin to ammunition for various sub-weapons that uses a physical weapon and is sometimes separated from Mana and spell casting.
