Room 1665 is a stage in Vampire Survivors, unlocked by using the spell "forbiddenbox". It contains the Darkasso relic.
Description[]
Seemingly bottomless, the down-reaching doors of this huge, infernal contraption open only when fed the blood of monsters. Summoned by the baneful behavior of a long forgotten clan, the unfathomable depths of these haunted halls whisper with a putrid power that yearns for innocent souls to play with.
Effects[]
The player starts in a small locked room with limited space to move. Defeat enemies to unlock additional rooms to the south.
There are a total of 16 rooms (including the player's spawn room) connected by corridors. Rooms are unlocked based on the total number of enemies defeated. Each room unlocks at specific kill milestones: 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, and finally 1665 — the last room is unlocked at 1665 kills, not 1500.
The type of enemies encountered may change depending on how many rooms have been unlocked and how much time has passed. Boss enemies generally have less health compared to non-boss enemies.
Unlike in normal stages, enemies do not despawn when they are outrun or move out of the player’s view. Additionally, there is no option to select an arcana when the player first spawns. Instead, the player must defeat 100 enemies to unlock the next room, which contains the arcana chest.
There are many light sources placed at predictable locations. Around 11-12 light sources are typically found in each corridor connecting the rooms, and they may slowly respawn over time.
The Darkasso Relic is located in the final room. The stage becomes progressively darker with each new room unlocked. However, when the final room is opened, the entire stage lights up again. There is little point in continuing after obtaining 1665 kills and acquiring the Darkasso Relic.
