Sinestro Custos ('Right Guardian' in Latin) is a weapon from the Ode To Castlevania DLC for Vampire Survivors. It is one of the starting weapon of Cornell. It is unlocked by upgrading it to Level 6. It can be found in Crystal Cave of Dracula's Castle (where Serpent Gate locates) after unlocking Serpent Gate.

Dextro Custos summons the icey (white) head of Cerberus that bites horizontally. It ignores Speed and Duration.
