Sinestro Custos ('Left Guardian' in Latin) is a weapon from the Ode To Castlevania DLC for Vampire Survivors. It is one of the starting weapon of Cornell. It is unlocked by upgrading it to Level 6. It can be found in Crystal Cave of Dracula's Castle (where Serpent Gate locates) after unlocking Serpent Gate.

Dextro Custos summons the icy (white) head of Cerberus that bites horizontally. It ignores Speed and Duration. Amount increases the number of bite attacks.
