Summon Spirit Tornado is a weapon from the Ode To Castlevania DLC for Vampire Survivors. It can be purchased and unlocked from special merchant for 2800 coins.
It is weapon version of the passive effect of 
Spirit Tornado Tip.

Summon Spirit Tornado summons projectiles that dash around the screen collecting experience gems for the character. The gems collected fly towards the player and deal a small amount of damage to any enemies in their path.
