The Ender is an enemy that appears in Cappella Magna and Boss Rash. It appears to be an amalgam of Reaper, Maddener, Stalker, Trickster, and Drowner merged into one.

It acts as the final enemy in Cappella Magna, spawning shortly after the player reaches the 30 minute mark until it is defeated. Defeating it unlocks Game Killer (0), alongside dropping the Great Gospel on the floor to be picked up. In Boss Rash, it spawns as a wave boss. Yellow Sign must be collected before The Ender will spawn.

The Ender's health is based on player level and it is resistant to knockback, freeze, instant kill and debuffs. It also has a shield that temporarily absorbs damage.

Behavior[]

At the 30:00 mark of Cappella Magna, the background fades to black and a short cutscene plays, depicting all the Reapers (excluding White Hand) flying towards the top of the screen and merging into a single entity. When The Ender finally spawns, the background is changed into a swirling purple and white void.

Every 5 seconds The Ender fires small projectiles that resemble scythes and creates beams of Reaper Trainees, coffins, fire explosions and sprite work of the base weapons. The zones periodically deal 12 damage in the area and last 10 seconds, with the exception of trainee zones that last 5 seconds.

The attack rate of the scythes and the pattern the beams changes as more damage is dealt to The Ender. The interval between scythes decreases linearly based on the percentage of health remaining, to a minimum of 0.5 seconds. The beam pattern changes based on the formula :

  1. Trainees (horizontal)
  2. Coffins (vertical)
  3. Double trainees (h) + double coffins (v)
  4. Explosions (h)
  5. Double explosions (h)
  6. Weapons (v)
  7. Double weapons (v)
  8. Trainees (h) + coffins (v) + weapons (v) + explosions (h)

When Ender is killed, it drops the Great Gospel, and once it has been obtained, The Ender will never appear again.

Boss Rash[]

In Boss Rash, Ender's health and shield duration are reduced to half, and the duration of its beam attacks is 40% shorter. Defeating it also grants experience, unlike in Cappella Magna.

Adventures[]

The World of Dark and Light[]

Ender is also the final boss in the 2nd Adventure "the world of light and dark", so far appearing to have the same characteristics as the original encounter in Cappella Magna.
