Wall Chicken is an item pickup from the Ode to Castlevania DLC in Vampire Survivors that restores 60 Health. It can drop from destroyed light sources. Its drop rate depends on the Luck stat. They only appear in Ode to Castlevania (stage) or while playing as a character from the Ode to Castlevania DLC in any other stage.
