The Wind Whip is a weapon in Vampire Survivors. It is the starting weapon of Simon Belmont. It is unlocked by Surviving 12 minutes with Simon.

Its Evolution is the Spirit Tornado Tip, which requires the Crown. Evolving it unlocks Juste Belmont as playable character.

Effects[]

The Wind Whip functions similarly to the vanilla Whip, but comes out faster and surrounds the characters. At its final level, it strikingly swings significantly faster compared to the vanilla Whip, but gains a cooldown between attacks. Its damage is affected by Growth.

Despite not indicating otherwise, Speed and Duration does not affect the Wind Whip's normal projectiles. These stats only have an affect when the weapon's evolved.

Arcanas[]

  • Wicked Season (XIII) - Increases in Growth will increase the Wind Whip's damage. On intervals with Growth, the Wind Whip's damage is doubled accordingly.
  • Slash (XVI) - Allows the Wind Whip to critical hit. Critical hits deal 2x damage and have 20% chance to occur. This chance is affected by Luck.

Levels[]

The Wind Whip has 8 levels. At max level, it gets +15 damage, -0.20 seconds on Cooldown, +40% Area and +1 projectile.

Level 1 Damage affected by growth.
Level 2 Fires 1 more projectile.
Level 3 Base damage up by 5.
Level 4 Base area up by 20%.
Level 5 Base damage up by 5.
Level 6 Base area up by 20%.
Level 7 Base damage up by 5.
Level 8 Cooldown reduced by 0.2 seconds.

Limit Break[]

With Limit Break, the Wind Whip can be further leveled up.
