Yatta Daikarin is a weapon in Vampire Survivors. It is the evolution of Cherry Bomb, requiring Chaos Rosalia relic, playing as Yatta Cavallo, and reaching level 80.
Effect[]
Yatta Daikarin throws a bomb at the nearest enemy. The bomb travels in a straight line, bouncing off of enemies, walls, and edges of the screen, they will decelerate and stops eventually; when they explode, it creates star particles. It also creates a constellation on the screen, the line drawn can deal damage and stops when a star is created, and once the seventh star is created all the star explodes into lines of star particles. If another character other than Cavallo gets the weapon, a translucent morphed Cavallo (constellation beast) appears behind the character.
Yatta Daikarin gains Duration and extra Pool Limit.
Depending on its level and the Luck stat, there is a chance for the bomb to explode. Might and Area affect both the bouncing Cherry Bombs and its explosions. When Cavallo morphs it set the chance of explosion to 100%, making them always explode.
Only the constellation is capable of dealing critical hits, which deal extra damage based on Luck bonus as a multiplier and have 5% chance to occur. The chance is also affected by Luck. The damage is further multiplied by Amount.
Arcanas[]
Selecting Slash (XVI) Arcana doubles the damage of Yatta Daikarin's critical hits, causing them to deal double the Luck bonus as a multiplier amount of damage.
Levels[]
With Limit Break, Yatta Daikarin can be further leveled up.

Tips[]
- Luck increases the chance for the bombs to explode and the critical hit frequency and damage bonuses, greatly increasing the damage output of the weapon.
- Due to how Luck affects the chances, having at least +67% Luck ensures that the bombs explode. With a morphed Cavallo or limit breaking, Luck can be obsoleted.
- Yatta Daikarin can create a relatively safe space within all the explosions with increased Amount and Cooldown reduction.
- As the bombs are not limited by bounces, more Duration and Projectile Speed allow the bombs to hit more enemies over their lifetime.
Trivia[]
- The design of the bombs might have been inspired by the Cherry Bomb from Okami, the explosions also have similar flower petal effects.
- The constellation is a reference to Amaterasu having to dot missing stars in a constellation to restore the power of Celestial Brush gods, allowing them to grant their power to her.
- Yatta Daikarin's name is likely derived from the special attack Happo Daikarin from the manga and anime Ranma 1/2, which took the form of similarly-shaped bombs thrown at the enemy.
- In the codes, there seems to be an oversight of explosion chance being set to 60 instead of 0.6. Normally most stats are translated into percentages, morphing Cavallo specifically set it to 1, making it no longer dependant of Luck to explode, and 60% would have been the same value of a maxed Cherry Bomb; making the chance to explode 6000% would be redundant beyond 100% and lowering it by 60 times with another method of getting it more which is closely related to the weapon is illogical.
